I have seen, through both personal and professional experience, that even the most difficult things about us have something important to say. I know it can feel overwhelming sometimes and that you may just want to be rid of whatever is holding you back. Rather than try to stuff it down or push it away, there is a way to come to a greater understanding of these challenging parts of you. It may seem strange, but the more we are able to accept the difficult parts of us the less control they have - and we are free to be the whole, healthy, and powerful people we naturally are.
